Franklin Flooring is a commercial flooring sub — resilient, carpet, tile, rubber and the prep underneath. We work for general contractors, property managers and public agencies, and we’ve done it since 1995, so we know how these jobs are bid, sequenced and inspected.
Supply, prep and install
We handle the whole scope: taking off the plans, procuring and storing the material, prepping the slab for moisture and flatness, and installing the floor flat, tight and to the spec. One sub responsible for the floor, start to finish.
On the GC’s schedule
Flooring goes in late in a job, when the pressure is highest. We plan for that — right material on site when the crew is — so the floor is ready for the next trade on time. When you call, you reach the people who run the work.
